Jon Reynolds has wide experience in winery operations management in many situations and locations.  He knows intimately the grape growing and winemaking processes, the determinants of style and their quality outcomes.

The aim is to work with management, winemakers and staff to develop practical systems to achieve the desired outcomes for the company.


Review and develop control systems to include

  • Product quality assurance through the identification and monitoring of critical control points during the production process (HACCP system plan)
  • Occupational Health & Safety;
  • Standard Operating  Procedures;
  • Vineyard and Winery operations; sales and marketing; and environmental practices.
